Website Statement
Unfortunately Sky Songs has now closed. Although we've created what we believe to be a really innovative and good value digital music service, regrettably we were not able to reach a large enough customer base in order for the service to continue.
Below are some frequently asked questions. Hopefully these will address any queries you may still have. If not, you can contact us via this web form until 8th of March 2011.
Thank you to all subscribers for your custom and support.

Q&A
What happens to my subscription and direct debit with you?
You need not worry about cancelling your subscription payment to us. This was done automatically on 6th December 2010.
I didn’t manage to download my full entitlement of Songs. Can I get reimbursed?
Unfortunately not, as the service has now been discontinued. We emailed all customers on 6th December 2010 to advise of the closure and a message has been available on skysongs.com since that time too. Both pieces of communication advised of the closure date and gave information on what customers needed to do to take advantage to any remaining downloads.
What happens to the songs I downloaded using the service?
If you were a Sky Songs subscriber, please be reassured that any tracks you have previously downloaded using the service remain yours to keep and are not affected by the service's closure. These will remain in your music library and on any devices, such as your iPod or MP3 player, to which you have transferred music files.
I have a billing query, how do I contact you about this now?
You can still contact us via our web form until 8th March.
Will I still be able to access m y backup downloads after the service discontinues?
From 7th February 2011 the SkySongs.com domain will no longer be accessible for logging in to your account therefore you will not be able to access your backup downloads. All customers were advised on 6th December 2010 about the closure by email and a message has been available on skysongs.com.
